coconut oil, lemon juice, lemon zest and granulated sugar. *I added lemon extract as well but it’s not necessary.
In the process of collecting oils to distill for homemade perfume.
Right now I’m trying out patchouli, jasmine and lemon. Pretty good but I think their therapeutic properties don’t mesh. Next time I’ll swap lemon for lavender as the top note.

My nana lost a ton of weight so she was going through her old clothing and took a bunch of things. At first I was apprehensive about cutting this cause it was hers but I have a ton of her things so I figured it’d be better to get more wear out of something of hers instead of letting it collect dust.
I have billions of hand me down sweatshirts with acronyms on’em that I don’t even know the meaning of. Finally found scissors Thursday night and turned them into winter friendly crop tops.
I thought I cut them too high but with those old jeans I bought they’re pretty okay.

I have made up my mind
I’m going to make my own clothing. Funny how I come to this conclusion like a day before my uneventful summer comes to an end -_-… I digress.
It’s been murder trying to find nicely printed maxi skirts that aren’t expensive as hell and that I don’t have to pull up to my tits to fit properly. Now I will make my own.
This could go bad fast. But eh all I’ll need is a sewing machine, some elastic and fabric. If things go south I can always use the fabric for headwraps.

I’m going to try to do my own weave today. I was going to get braids but the thought of sitting in a braiding shop for 8+ hours gave me hives. If I”m going to be sitting anywhere for that long I want it to be the comfort of my own home with breaks whenever I want, AC and good reruns.
Also, I’m just really cheap.
I’m going to do this crochet technique I saw on youtube, cause I’ll be damned if I’m using glue or sewing in a track.
