I used to think people were just being dramatic but when you start eating right and then have a bit of junk food you feel like pure garbage. I used to eat half a dozen donuts to start my Saturdays today I had a few and really felt it. It’s a sluggish gross feeling. All I want to do is eat some broccoli and drink tons of water. Help expel these demons.
There really is no turning back to the way I used to eat I guess.

Just made fudge, then dipped an ungodly amount of jumbo pretzels in them and chilled it Then mixed rice krispies into to the rest of the batter and chilled that in jello molds. And while all this was happened and made myself a semi-healthy pizza.

After cooking I don’t care how many times I shower or wash my hands they always reek of onions for a couple days after.

If you start off the meals of your day on the wrong foot you’re liable to make poor decisions as the day goes on.
I started off with fried food, then ice cream, licorice and now a brownie. I need to step my food game up.

Making chicken stir fry
I’m breaking my fast in 3 hours but I’ve learned to appreciate the smell of food. Plus I wouldn’t want to have to wait for my food after it’s already time to eat, better to get it out of the way now.
